Mrs. Patience Nansi Sencherey

The Principal/CEO

A product of Queens Secretarial College (UK), Mrs. Sencherey is a seasoned -entrepreneur with several years of experience in entrepreneurship promotion and business administration. Mrs. Sencherey began her professional career in 1987 as the Secretary to the Director of Liberty Travel & Tours Ltd before moving on to establish Kwik Kall Business Centre in 1993. She is presently the Director and Co-Landlord of Trinity House Ltd and also has interests in other real estate businesses. Mrs. Sencherey is well travelled and has a lot of international experience having worked in a couple of countries Africa and Europe.

Mrs. Patience Sencherey serves as the Principal/CEO of the school. She is responsible primarily for translating the vision and mission of the institute into reality and for the effective positioning of the school at product and industry levels and also directly in charge of all marketing initiatives. She is married with five children who were the pioneers of the then Patsy's Creche. She is assisted in this role by a Personal Assistant.

Supporting the Principal in the day-to-day administration and management of the institution is a team of academic and administrative managers and staff. The academic management team is headed by the Head of School/Director of Studies overseeing academic activities.

MR. FRANCIS ANKOMAH

Head of School/Director of Studies (Primary & JHS)

Mr. Francis Ankomah joined FOY in January 2023. He had his initial professional training at Accra Training College, now Accra College of Education (ACE). He also pursued both undergraduate and Post-graduate education at the University of Ghana Business School (BSc. Administration) and Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (MSc. Educational Innovations and Leadership Science) respectively. Mr. Ankomah has taught English Language at the various levels of Ghanaian and British Curricula for over fifteen (15) years. He comes with a combined five year experience in the same capacity as head of academics from two of his previous jobs. He is currently the author of English Comprehension and Composition Workbooks as well as Literature in English Workbooks for basic schools and senior high schools. He is married with three children.

MR. MAXWELL EFFAH

Head of School/Director of Study (Pre-School)

Mr. Maxwell Effah is a highly accomplished and dedicated professional who joined our organisation in August 2017. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the prestigious University of Professional Studies Accra, obtained in 2015, Mr. Effah brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Notably, he served as the President of the Business Administration department during his final year, showcasing his exceptional leadership skills. Having been in the education sector since 2009, Mr. Effah has extensive experience teaching various subjects at the primary, Junior High School (JHS), and Senior High School (SHS) levels. His passion for education and commitment to student success are evident in his 11-year tenure as a head of academics. Mr. Effah's dedication, expertise, and leadership make him an invaluable asset to our organization, and we are fortunate to have him as part of our team.

Rev. BONIFACE OKYERE

Accountant

Boniface Okyere joined FOY in 2015 and serves as both the Accountant and School Chaplain. In 2001 he became a member of the Association of Chartered Accountants, UK. in attaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 2012. He has worked with various schools including Humptey Dumptey International School located in Kumasi. He is a Reverend Minister of the Assemblies of God where he was ordained in 2013. He is married with three children.

MRS. EDEM KADOGE

Head of Administration/Personal Assistant to Principal

Mrs Kadobge serves as the Personal Assistant to the Principal. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science with English (Second Class Honours-Upper Division) from University of Ghana which she achieved in 2008. She worked at the Controller & Accountant General’s Department in 2007, Political Science Department at the University of Ghana from 2008 to 2009, and currently the administrator of Fountain of Youth International School since 2009 to date. She is married with four children.
